Beer City Crossfit and Buncombe County Special Olympics have partnered to highlight the efforts of Special Olympics athletes through inclusionary programming. Athletes attend a unified workout once a month with the members of the gym; they are partnered up with someone who works out in the crossfit community and is able to help our athletes with their endurance, core strength, balance, proper breathing, and so much more. Not only do our athletes get a great workout in, they have made new lifelong friends.
